We were looking for a Honda Pilot, and Audi had one. We submitted a request through their website to see if the car was still available before we came to see it. They responded almost immediately to let me know it was available and setup a time to come see it. If you're looking for a car now, you know all the dealership websites basically have all the same cars on them. Which I found really frustrating. Cars.com helps to narrow down which dealership has the actual car. We started working with Patrick when we got there. They had a few Pilots to look at, so we saw more than the one we came for. Once we drove the one we wanted, we started the purchasing process. Patrick was great in agreeing to work with us on the price as well as giving me a fair price on my trade in. After we agreed on a price, it was a bit late in the evening and the banks were closed, so we agreed to continue the process over the next couple days. Their finance department is competitive with other banks. They came in lower than my original pre-approved financing, so I decided to finance with them through the dealership as well. They never pushed me in any way to go with their banks. They simply let me know what the offers were and let me decide which way I wanted to go. As someone who does not buy a lot of cars, I felt great about the information they were giving me and the way that it was delivered. Never pushy, just simply stated for me to make decisions off of. All of the information I needed to know about the car was readily available - Car History, Car Fax, etc... Patrick was great about my wife's requests to have the front license plate holder removed since we don't use them. Ensuring that it didn't leave a mark when it was removed. The car was clean when we looked at it originally, but was perfectly detailed when we picked it up. Audi really goes a long way to make the process enjoyable even when you're not purchasing an Audi from them. Overall, this was a great experience. We talked to numerous dealerships across Nashville and Franklin. We had good and bad experiences at some of them. However, I would definitely go back to Audi in the future for the customer service and attention to detail.
